Ganoderma lucidum is known as the “immortal herb”, and Ganoderma capense (Lloyd) Teng (GCL), as the top grade of Ganoderma lucidum, contains twice as much active ingredients as the common Ganoderma lucidum and Ganoderma lucidum in the market.

Ganoderma Lucidum Glycopeptide Injection is a sterilized aqueous solution obtained from the dried mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum of the genus Ganoderma lucidum, family Porifera, by liquid fermentation and culture of the GCL strain, and the active ingredients are separated and purified by modern biotechnology, and then produced according to the GMP standard for small-volume injections. The components are polysaccharide and polypeptide, each (2ml) is equivalent to 500mg of mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum.

【Drug Structure】

The relative molecular weight of Ganoderma lucidum Glycopeptide is about 1k Da. The polysaccharide is mainly composed of glucose, which is connected by 1 → 6, 1 → 2 and 1,2 → 6 glycosidic bonds; the bound polypeptide mainly contains glutamic acid, alanine, aspartic acid, serine, glycine, threonine, valine, leucine, cysteine, and a trace amount of tryptophan; the polypeptide and the sugar form Ganoderma lucidum Glycopeptide with the way of O-connection.

【Indications】It is used for progressive muscular dystrophy, atrophic myotonia and vestibular dysfunction, hypertension and other diseases caused by vertigo and vegetative nerve dysfunction, epilepsy, insomnia and so on. It can also be used in the adjuvant treatment of tumor and hepatitis.

【Usage and dosage】

Intramuscular injection. 2ml (1 stick) once, twice a day. Intravenous drip, 4ml (2 sticks) a day with 250ml 0.9% sodium chloride injection or 5% dextrose injection diluted intravenous drip. 1~3 months for a course of treatment.

【Drug interactions】This product can enhance the central sedative effect of reserpine and chlorpromazine, antagonize the central excitatory effect of amphetamine, prolong the sleep time of sodium pentobarbital and sodium barbital, and enhance the sleep effect of subthreshold dose of sodium pentobarbital.
