【Composition】The staining solution is compound iodine solution, containing iodine (I) should be 1.2%-1.5% (g/ml), containing potassium iodide (KI) should be 2.7%-3.7% (g/ml). Neutralizing solution is sodium thiosulfate solution, containing sodium thiosulfate (Na2S2O3) should be 3.2%-3.8% (g/ml).

【Product properties】: Staining solution is an iodine-based stain. Normal squamous epithelial cells of the esophagus contain a large amount of glycogen, which is stained brown after contact with the staining solution. However, squamous epithelial cells with atypical hyperplasia and esophageal carcinoma have reduced glycogen or no glycogen, and become yellowish or unstained after contacting with the staining solution, which can show the scope of the lesion and improve the detection rate of early esophageal cancer or precancerous lesions. Neutralizing solution is used to neutralize the residual staining solution in the esophagus after staining examination and eliminate the irritation of staining solution to the esophageal mucosa.

【Scope of Application】This product is suitable for endoscopic auxiliary diagnosis or screening of early esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions.

【Instructions for use】Insert the endoscopic spray tube into the endoscopic biopsy orifice. Take 1 bottle of staining liquid, suck 10-20ml of staining liquid with syringe, inject it into the endoscopic spraying tube, evenly spray the staining liquid to the inner wall of the esophagus, and observe the staining of the esophageal mucosa after 1-2 minutes. After the end of esophageal examination, take 1 bottle of neutralizing solution, draw up 10-20ml of neutralizing solution with a syringe, inject it into the endoscopic spraying tube, and evenly spray it to the inner wall of the esophagus in order to neutralize the residual staining solution.
